Dr. Ram Aditya,
Ph.D (Psy)., CCHT, M.B.A., B.Sc. (Phy.)

Ram Aditya is an educator and practitioner in Integral Health with a diverse background in Physics, Management and Psychology and over 25 years of experience in scientific research as a research methodologist before moving into his present career in health. He has worked at several universities and colleges in the U.S.; served in the core directive of largescale international research projects and as principal investigator in research funded by the National Institute of Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR) a division of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in the United States; and served on editorial review boards of several research publications.

Starting in 1999 a series of serendipitous discoveries led him to the secrets of natural healing from his own numerous physical ailments and to begin researching the subject of integral health and nutrition in ernest. In 2005, he left a peaking university career and became a public educator in natural health. From 2006 to 2009 he ran a quarterly newsletter in response to requests.

In March 2010 his work received formal recognition from the medical fraternity with an invited presentation at the International Conference on Neurorehabilitation at Havana, Cuba.

Widely travelled, he has given numerous talks, seminars and workshops internationally on natural and integral health, helping people across the Globe, including the U.S., U.K., New Zealand, Central America, Spain and, more recently, India.

He is dedicated to serving the human community in integral health and wellness, combining the physical, psychological and spiritual aspects. His website www.ammatierra.wordpress.com is a resource site for his writings on health.

Dr.Saravanan,
BHMS, PGDHSc, ACLM, FCN

Dr Saravanan has a BHMS degree from the Tamilnadu Dr MGR Medical University and a PG Diploma in Health Science in Applied Nutrition from the Faculty of Medicine, Annamalai University. He holds an advanced certificate in Lifestyle Medicine and a Fellowship in Clinical Nutrition from Medvarsity. He has a certificate in Plant-based Nutrition from SHARAN. He is an internationally certified NLP practitioner too.

In addition to this, he has contributed a section in the best life changing book ‘Rethink Food: 100 plus doctors can’t be wrong’ and has written articles on nutrition, health & wellness in reputed magazines and health blogs. He has facilitated a number of seminars/webinars and wellness programs. He is passionate about Culinary, Lifestyle and Holistic Medicine and integrates these approaches in his wellness programs for disease prevention and health promotion. .

Dr. Dharini Krishnan

Registered Dietitian (R.D.). Bachelor in Education (B. Ed).

She is a Consultant Dietitian consulting at various hospitals and poly clinics. She is the Director of D.V. Living Sciences Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. Working towards research in Dietetics. She is also the Secretary of Eco Science Research Foundation and working towards the organic movement.

She frequently appears on T.V. and radio; giving call in programmes on queries related to diet, both in India and abroad. Her articles appear in the print media both English and vernacular. She has trained to be a Genetic Consultant for Diets of people.

Ayurveda

Dr. Sumitha Renjith

Dr. Sumitha Renjith B.A.M.S, PG (dip) in Panchakarma,is the Ayurvedic Aacharya who formulates all the Ayurvedic Panchakarma therapies at our Wellness Centre. Along with the long lineage of Ayurvedic doctors in the family, she also has more than 15 years of experience of treating patients from across the countries

Dr. Sumitha Renjith works at Arogyaamrutham Vaidya Sala, an Authentic Ayurvedic House at Chennai and she is also the SRMO at Sri Jayendra Saraswati Ayurveda College. Chennai.

Yoga & Meditation

Sita Lakshmi
M.Sc in Forensic Science and M.A. in Yoga

Sita Lakshmi., M.Sc in Forensic Science and M.A. in Yoga for Human Excellence., having experience of 12 yrs, Professor of Yoga and Meditation in World Community Service Centre. For Yoga and Meditation, she follows Guriji Vethathri Maharishi’s Simplified Kundalini Yoga techniques.

She gives training for Body, Mind and Soul. For body, she teaches simplified exercise, which activates the entire system regulates the circulations. For the soul a technique called Kayakalpa is taught. It rejuvenate the life force energy particles and helps us to prevent and cure disease and maintain youthfulness. For the mind, she teaches Kundalini Meditation which calms our mind, lowers our mental frequency and activates brain cells to help us live a calm and peaceful life.

Environmental Science

Radha Gopalan
Environmental Scientist with a PhD from the Centre for Environmental Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai.

Radha Gopalan has a deep interest in exploring and practicing “transformative education for sustainable living”. Towards this effort she is engaging actively with rural and urban communities to further the idea of food sovereignty. After 18 years as a global environmental consultant, Radha spent close to 8 years at the Rishi Valley Education Centre (RVEC), Madanapalle, Andhra Pradesh trying to use her field experience to make Environmental Science learning more practical and meaningful for high school students.

Radha is a Member of the Food Sovereignty Alliance and the Kudali Intergenerational Learning Centre, Telangana. She is a Visiting Faculty at the School of Development, Azim Premji University, Bengaluru and is actively engaged in popular education efforts around sustainability.
