We will take you through the steps to initiating changes in your lifestyle through interactive seminars, hands-on workshops, individual consultations and much much more.
Excess weight and obesity are assuming epidemic proportions in our society, as are diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and a host of neurological conditions that are severely debilitating if not fatal. The truth is that these are totally preventable and also reversible in most cases by feeding on proper kinds of nutrition for the body and the mind.

Our children are the nation’s resource. We have created this three day programme for children to understand the importance of wellness, biodiversity, sustainability and healthy living.
Our programme for children incorporates Safe and Right Food practices for healthy body and mind growth as well as educating them about the values of nature conservation and environmental sustenance right from their young age to facilitate the preservation of our wonderful habitat.
The programme will also have sessions on health and illness, food habits and voluntary simplicity.
We will be conducting yoga, classes, workshops, camps and nature trails for the youngsters that will be both educational and fun.
